Stripe’s card fees are separate. Both come out of each payment, so buyers pay only the prices you set.
We estimate Stripe’s fees at 1.5% + 20p per payment, its standard UK card rate. Premium and non-UK cards cost more.

How is the fee worked out?
Our fee is 5% + 40p per paid ticket, including guest tickets. We round it to the nearest penny once per booking. Free tickets have no fee.
Who pays Stripe’s card fees?
You do. Stripe takes its card fees from each payment, separately from ours, so buyers pay only the prices you set.
Who gets the nonprofit rate?
Organisations that Stripe verifies as nonprofits get 25% off our fee, automatically. Stripe decides who qualifies and may ask for details when you set up payments.
Do you return the fee on a refund?
Yes, when you refund in Attendly. We return our fee in proportion to the refund, so a full refund returns all of it. We keep our fee on refunds made in your Stripe Dashboard and on disputed payments. Whether Stripe returns its fee depends on your agreement with Stripe.
Is there a minimum ticket price?
Paid tickets start at £2.00. You can also make tickets free.
Do you charge VAT on your fee?
No. We’re not VAT registered. You handle any VAT due on your own ticket sales.
When do I get paid?
Payments go to your Stripe account. Stripe pays them out to your bank on its usual schedule.
